That is a Huge Slice of Pizza

June 19th, 2008

Have people checked out the new pizza place in town? It’s Bacci Pizzeria on Bradly Pl in the old coffee house. So what you say? Well, Bacci Pizzeria has a bit of history and nastalgia to it.

Established in 1996, Bacci Pizzeria is family owned and operated. The original Bacci Pizzeria is located in the heart of Chicago’s Little Italy on Taylor Street. They also have a location right next to Wrigley Field. Still skeptical are you?

The slice of pie you get at Bacci’s is huge. I mean if you are not stuffed after one slice of piece of their pizza, there is something wrong. If you dare to get a Jumbo Pizza, then be prepared to see the biggest Pizza you have ever seen. Like King Kong orders this pizza just before he is going to kill something. We are talking Jurasic Park big. DNA was extracted from Dinasaur’s and mixed with Pizza to get this huge Pie. It’s BIG

One slice of pizza is around 5 or so bucks, but you get a free soda with it.

  2. Grandma's Attic Says:

I keep meaning to try it and the sad part is that it is only a few blocks from home. I’ve heard it is really good pizza….and BIG. Ok, so I am convinced. This weekend I am ordering one of those dinosaur size pizzas for family dinner this weekend. :)

Better call Steven Spielberg then so he can direct it. It’s gonna be big.

It’s good, cheap, and you have to open your trunk to get it home and turn it sideways to get through the front door. Now THAT’S a big pizza! Costs about $30 to feed the whole neighborhood.

  5. Sue Says:

We’ll definitely have to check it out this weekend. Ummmm, there goes my diet…again!
Thanks for the “heads up” Scott.

  6. Jennifer Says:

Is that the pizza place near Bradley, that’s run by students as part of a class project?

  7. scott Says:

Well kinda sorta. It’s actually the Son of Mr. Bacci (or so I’ve been told). Guess he’s keeping busy (and making money) while he attends Bradley. So I’ve heard.
