Riverfront museum sales tax a step closer

Buckle up, gonna be a bumpy ride. We have been on this amusement roller coaster before. To raise tax or not to raise tax. One minute we are climbing high and saying NO NEW TAXES and then next we are barreling down the tax route and legislators and shoving down our throats like bad medicine.
