Dear Starbucks:

I love your coffee, and your employees are always nice, polite, and friendly when I order my coffee. However, could you please for the love of god, stop filling my “to-go” cup all the way to the very top of the cup. I mean there is no freakin way I can get the coffee to my mouth without spilling coffee everywhere. I can’t even take the lid off without it pouring over the side. It’s irratating. Not sure if you do it on purpose and then laugh as I try to negotiate the first sip, which by the way is almost impossible without spillage. Like “HA HA” look at the idiot trying to sip that coffee, I’ve got a saw buck that says he spills”. If that’s the case, “I curse you”. If it’s not the case, (I tend to believe it’s not) then, STOP! I can’t even lift the damn cup to my lips without it going all over the place, and there has been fatalities. LEAVE SOME ROOM.

New Policy Suggestion to be written in all Starbucks Manuals;

“When pouring a “”to-go”" cup, always leave at least half an inch (1/2) between the steaming hot coffee and the rim of the cup. This ensures the Customer to have a pleasant drive thru experience”. Preventing hot coffee spillage in ones Automobile, or on a persons lap, is our number one goal here at Starbucks. Making an excellent cup of coffee should be second.

There have been fatalities: New pair of jeans, GONE. Favorite shirt, GONE. By the way, it takes men along time to have a “favorite” shirt. But once we have one, we can and will wear it everyday. Please don’t take that away from us, we don’t have much. Who wants a big coffee stain on our favorite shirt. Holes, weather beaten, shredded, faded, ripped, and torn, all acceptable. Not a obvious coffee stain. Makes us men feel inferiour. OH, and it busts us out, everyone knows we’ve ordered a “Carmel Mochiatto with whipped cream”. NOT MANLY.
