IDOT Building Torn Down

If you haven’t noticed lately the IDOT Building on North Knoxville, (next to Junction City) has been torn down. This makes way for the projected development by Alex Khazzam and Junction Ventures.
I am anxious to see what develops there. I haven’t seen to much going on since the paint job at Junction City, and the tear down of the Grandview. I have noticed that The Butcher Block has already scaled down the grocery services they were providing. But they still make really good sandwiches though.
