Gunman Kill Five Women in Illinois Strip Mall

This story hits close to home for me. I lived right down the street from this place. I just hope the catch this guy. Police were searching Sunday for a gunman who shot and killed five women during a botched robbery at a clothing store in Tinley Park Saturday morning.
“We do not want to compromise any evidence that may be out there … I ask we keep family of the victims in our thoughts and prayers,” he said.
One of the victims was a graduate from Homewood-Flossmoor High School. The others were all from the South Suburbs of Chicago. This is a really heavily traffic area. It’s hard to believe this would happen at a major intersection. I have been to this strip mall before and can’t believe it. Its a pretty good area which shows that violent crime can happen anywhere, anytime.
