Global Warm This….Polar Bears Rule When They Jump Into the River

Alot of people have said over the course of this year, “Gee Scott, you seem to have put on a few pounds”. I say “yes, yes I have”. In my delusional mind its for a reason. I pack on the weight like a whale that migrates over thousands of miles that needs the extra blubber for warmth. (that line just made no sense) Having said that:
It’s time for the Polar Bear Jump into the mighty Illinois River. ( I totally disregard the bacteria, and the polution because of it’s negetive conotation) This year will be my 10th year. Ten years of being stark raving insane. I will be dressing up in my usual tux apparel and making as ass out of myself….again. Last year the weather was a little cool, this year, it’s suppose to be down right nasty.
Of course there will be video again this year. I’m thinking about putting together “Bear Jump Cam”. Attatching it to my head when I dive in. The answer to your question is NO. I don’t have anything better to do.
