Thursday Tidbits

It is one awesome day to be outside and enjoy this weather. So that is exactly what I am doing. Going to make a Stop at Mathisen State Park and do some hiking along a crevis with a really cool waterfall. Only an hour away from P-Town. It’s right across from Starved Rock and much better in my opinion.
Had a nice talk with Sheldon (Code Enforcement) yesterday. Just want Sheldon to know that I did pick up the cup in my alley. Yes, I got a call for one cup in the alley. You know, the trash that the PHA residents constantly throw in my yard. Yes, one cup in my alley and I got a phone call. I have some pics and I will be ranting about this later.
Hot Tub working, Scott is happy. Ameren Cilco, much happier.
My big ass white cat is finally starting to warm up to me. It doesn’t look at me like he’s plotting my death anymore. He actually is being quite friendly. Or, like the Mob, he is gaining my trust, then just as I let my guard down. WHACK!
Cubbies won again yesterday. All I have to say is: (sing with me) Go Cubs go, go cubs go.
