Scam Artist is Partying it up

A few weeks ago HOI News reported a story about a Window and Siding company scaming Phillip and Mardel Hill out of $1,800 bucks. Since then, The Illinois Attorney General’s office has filed a civil law suit against Zachary Ripper and Michael Gray of Illini Siding and Window.
The suit came after 20 consumer complaints alleging Illini Siding and Window took more than $50,000 from Central Illinois customers. So what why is Michael Gray in a Bartonville bar partying it up? Good question since there is a Warrant out for his arrest. I don’t think anybody new there was a warrant when he just pony’d up to the bar. It wasn’t until a local bartonville man who happens to be on a reserve duty call for the Bartonville Police checked the status. Gray left before anybody new who he really was.
Anywhoo, I hope this guy enjoys his cold glass of beer. Might be the last one he has for awhile.
