Peoria get’s high grade for snow removal

Last Decembers snow fall recorded one of the worst job performances by the City of Peoria Public Works Department in years. When I did a blog poll last December of how the city did, 63% of you gave it D’s and F’s. With the last blizzard that hit, and it was a big one. The City seemed to do much better. This Blog Poll revealed some different results.
Over 80% gave the City high marks. A’s and B’s. What do you think made the difference?
