Let The Holiday Games Begin

It’s that time of year again. Family visits, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas shopping, family arguing, road rage. Yea, it’s all here again. I dread going out there and driving in that maze of traffic anywhere out there. Internet gives me the opportunity to shop online and have everything sent to me. Yea, that’s great, but I am a procrastinator. There is no way that works for me. Plus, what fun would that be if I didn’t end up buying stuff for myself instead of that special person. tee hee.
I deep fried a Turkey a few years ago when my Brother and his girfriend came to visit. She got sick, and to this day accuses me of trying to kill her. I perfer to say it was a “minor incident”. OK, the Bird was to big for the fryer..so what?
What? Am I deep frying again this year? Yes I am.
Of course this weekend will be the annual “bringing down of the boxes”. This annual tradition is where Scott goes deep into the attic and brings down all the freakin Christmas decorations so Scott can spend the next week hanging shit outside. This in no way coincides with annual ”Buying more Christmas decorations that I don’t need” tradition.
So, let the games begin! Just think, in just a few short days “A Christmas Story” will start airing on T.V, and we can all sit around watching that crap 24 hours a day.
