Scott’s Blog Experience

I have been thinking about getting a dog lately. Having had a few before, I know the enjoyment they can bring into your life. So, yesterday I went to P.A.W.S and adopted a German Sheperd/Chow mix. It is 6 mos old, and really lovable. Yea, I can hear ya saying “oooh, aggressive dog”. Well, they are only as aggressive as the owner lets it. Don’t train it properly is your fault, not the dogs. The puppy already knows some basic commands like “sit”, and “stay”. I’ve had some really good luck with dogs before as you can ask my Ex-Wife who stole my last one. (#%@!%) This dog was just looking at me thru the cage starring at me as to say, “Pick me dumb ass”. Have to respect that. So I asked “how much is that doggy in the window”? and paid my $75.00 bucks.

Trying to think of a good name. So if anybody would like to “name Scott’s dog”, feel free to drop a comment. I think the name “disco” might work. But not sure yet.

I’ll post some pics when the dog arrives on Friday.

P.A.W.S checks over the dog, and then schedules a surgery to spade/neuter the dog before it goes home. The puppy already has “kennel cough” but not a big deal to worry about. I’m sure there will be lots more stories about the dog to follow.
